Can you imagine life without worry? What a relief that would be! John Locke, an English philosopher from the 17th century wrote, "What worries you, masters you." In my life, I have found that every worry is like a rock that I pick up and put in a backpack. The more things I worry about--the more rocks I pick up--the heavier my backpack gets and the more difficult it becomes to think about anything else, because the weight is always there interfering. | |
| If you could get rid of some of YOUR rocks, how would your life change? Would you be able to breath easier? Think more clearly? Do more? | |

Here's my story... It always bothered me that I was cleaning my house with stuff that made me gag and was probably dangerous. It bothered me that I didn't have enough energy to get my million errands done and that getting a cold put me out of commission for a week. It bothered me that I had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning because I was so tired! I figured that there was probably a better way out there, but I was sure it would be expensive, and I assumed that with one income and two kids at home, I couldn't afford it. So I just worried about it. I thought, "Someday, when we have more money, things will be different." And then one day a friend of mine suggested using a mail order service. Though I was hopeful that it would offer some relief, I was also skeptical as to whether it would really work for me. Wouldn't something like that turn out to be really expensive? I mean, I honestly didn't have any money to spare. But I took a deep breath and tried it temporarily--you know, just to see. And you know what happened? No more worries. It was like this huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I can't even tell you what a relief it was. I started cleaning my house with stuff that was actually good for us--Whew! I started taking vitamins that actually gave me more energy and I no longer got sick--Whew! I had more time in my life because half the errands I used to run were eliminated--Whew! And you know what the best part was? It cost me virtually nothing. I was spending the same amount of money I always did before, and I still do after over 2 years. What a relief. Of course, I still worry that a freak accident may suddenly take my loved ones from me. I still worry about what kind of adults my children will become. And I still worry about the situation in the Middle East. But my life is better, and my backpack is lighter, because I have stopped worrying so much about four things: my health, my family's safety, my time, and my money. In fact, it has had such an impact on me and my family, that I now help other people, who are worried about the same things I was, experience the same kind of relief. I teach them that there is a way out. Please note that there are no group workshops scheduled at this time. Use the link below to schedule a free, one-on-one consultation.
